Bill and his wife, Kim, have been part of the Hope City family since 2019. Raised in El Paso in a pastor’s home, Bill has been immersed in ministry and church life from an early age. Throughout the years, he has faithfully served in a variety of ministry roles, including youth ministry, marriage and couples ministry, counseling, teaching, and discipleship.

In addition to his local church involvement, Bill has taught theology at the graduate level and has served on the boards of several Bible colleges. He is passionate about helping people grow in their relationship with Christ and equipping them to become spiritual leaders in their homes, workplaces, communities, and church.

Professionally, Bill has served as CEO of multiple corporations and currently serves as CEO of MoreTalent, a strategic consulting firm specializing in executive coaching, leadership development, and organizational strategy. His unique blend of ministry experience and executive leadership allows him to bring practical wisdom, biblical insight, and a passion for developing leaders to every setting in which he serves.

Bill and Kim enjoy investing in their family and are blessed to have their children and grandchildren living nearby in El Paso. They are committed to helping people find hope, grow in their faith, and experience the life-changing power of Jesus.
