Johnny, aka “JT” is the lead pastor which simply means he’s our chief visionary and chief prayer warrior. He has a passion for teaching God’s word through simple yet relevant messages that challenge and bring hope.

JT is a graduate of the University of Texas at El Paso and holds a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Education and a Master’s degree in Counseling. He is also a graduate of Liberty University and holds a Master’s degree in Theological Studies. It would be safe to say that he’s the official nerd of the bunch. Aside from making the day-to-day leadership decisions and crafting weekend messages, JT enjoys spending time with his wife, wrestling with his two daughters, reading a few good books, and camping (in an RV, not a tent).
